BA (Hons) International Fashion - Design Practice 2021

My showcase highlights my experience at Manchester Fashion Institute. During my time here I have developed my knowledge of the fashion industry on a global perspective as well as exploring further into digital pattern cutting: 2D with Gerber, and 3D with CLO3D. sustainability has also been a great focus in my work as this is a passion of mine. During my time studying International Fashion I have applied global legislation and agreements to my work and explored solutions to make the fashion industry more sustainable.

My future ambitions are to explore the sustainability and ethics in the fashion industry even further, through a mixture of research as well as industry practice. I want to develop my digital pattern cutting skills even further as well as looking into working with global suppliers particularly in the garment manufacturing industry and creating a more ethical and sustainable environment within the fashion industry.
