My project is based on a narrative which I have imagined about a radioactive planet called Nuclear Planet. Nuclear Planet is where the remaining humans will escape, after the machine induced apocalypse on Earth.

I have considered every aspect of Nuclear Planet; from its extremely hazardous terrain to its genetically mutated flora and fauna. I am heavily influenced by colour and print and working with bright bold colours motivates me. I imagined Nuclear Planet to be a place where I would personally thrive and feel happiest, hence, the toxic greens and yellows, the sky blues and the tomato-red colour palette. I explored Nuclear Planet’s landscape and ecosystem through print ideas. This allowed me to illustrate what I imagined.
