As part of Visual Practice 1 within my final year at University, we were set a task to create a collaboration from a list of well-established brands. I chose to curate a Fendi and Nike collaboration, creating a high-end ballet wear range. This image features the logo curated for the collaboration, which was featured on all the mock-up Social Media and magazine advertisements. This shoot took place in Manchester, UK.

As part of Visual Practice in my final year, I developed a contemporary, conscious fashion brand; Oliva Studios. Taking inspiration from my Scandinavian heritage, the brand focused on sustainable items, that had a classic/minimal style with a modern twist. This image was part of the lookbook curated for Visual Practice 2 part A, which showed what the brand, once developed, would look like in terms of styling and potential garments. This shoot took place in Arendal, Norway.

This shoot was a response to a Linder Sterling workshop we had at University during our second year. In our own time, we decided to take some of her famous collages and iron them onto garments to create a street style shoot at nighttime. This shoot was used as an opportunity to further develop my styling and photography skills. This shoot took place in Manchester, UK.

My work often takes inspiration from my Scandinavian heritage, as this form of style within fashion is very close to my heart. My biggest focuses throughout my University experience have been looking at the fashion industry in terms of sustainability and politics. This is because it really fascinates me how movements going on in the world such as movements for feminism and/or body positivity affect the fashion industry and the items produced.
