BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion 2021

After college, I did a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design which is where I decided I wanted to go into Fashion Promotion. As a fashion communicator, I am somebody who is always thinking about potential outfits, styling, and I am deeply interested in different cultures and experiences.

Having core values is very important when working in the fashion industry- and I believe I do! The pressure of following trends to maintain a status is just one example of something bad that comes out of fashion, and it is also something that I swear never to do. Some of the issues most important to me are to do with encouraging the fashion industry to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. After all, fashion will always be around and there will always be competition linked to new trends and old, recycled trends.

Professionally, I would like to specialise in styling and photography (including the editing side of it) and I feel that as long I am both individual and diverse, I will stand out enough to be successful in this work.
