Students from Manchester Fashion Institute were invited to attend the exclusive Industry Insiders employer event.

Students from across the Fashion Institute had the opportunity to attend the event, where they could network with employers from organisations across the fashion industry. They had the chance to discuss the work experience and placement opportunities available at their companies, and present their CVs first-hand to the industry guests.

The student attendees also had the chance to attend a number of talks from industry representatives from companies such as Regatta, and to hear directly from a graduate of Manchester Fashion Institute now working within industry.  

Caroline Herz, Head of Placements and Employability and organiser of the event said, “The ‘non-traditional careers event’ was a great opportunity for the Fashion Institute to work alongside the fashion community in Manchester and the North West of England. It also helped to celebrate the next generation of talent, as we are so proud of what our students can achieve, and indeed do, in the world of fashion.”
