"My collection, 'The Miner', was inspired by the traditional tailored clothing worn by British miners in the 20th Century. I worked with tailored reference garments and deconstructed them and developed ideas from aspects of the miners uniforms to create a contemporary yet informed take on suiting collection. The collection consists of high quality heavy wool coating, cashmere, silk, cotton velvet and silk jersey."
