Dr Celina Jones
Reader in Fashion and Textile Technologies
Since completing her UKRI funded PhD, investigating biomimicry for alternative textile production methods, Celina’s research focuses on advancing textile technology to mitigate environmental impacts in production processes.
She teaches fashion and textile technology across undergraduate and postgraduate fashion programmes, and is Senior Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.
Celina is a Chartered Fellow of The Textile Institute, Fellow of The Society of Dyers and Colourists, and a Member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
