I am the unit leader for Contextualising Practice 3.

I supervise final year dissertations and teach Fashion Cultures 1 & 2.

I am the undergraduate link tutor with Istituto Marangoni campuses in London and Paris.

My research interests include:

  • Eve magazine, 1919 - 1929
  • early twentieth century fashion and beauty culture
  • links between fashion and avant-garde art movements
  • fashion in the DDR
  • the beginnings of youth culture to mid 1980s
