REPERCEPTION
Re-reading clothing definitions towards alternative fashion perspectives.
Inspired by the book A,B,C Dressing dictionary by Femke De Vries, which includes an image archive of what could be considered a garment according to the dutch dictionary of clothes.
These loose definitions have inspired me to rework menswear styles across the body through drape and restyling.
This has been a way to decode how garments are often perceived within fashion norms and explore a new alternative approach to designing.
