Fashion Design and Technology has pushed me to my limits and allowed me to explore my creative purpose. Most of my work has explored the bridge between sportswear and streetwear, developing unique techniques and working in unconventional practices. My Final Major Project has been heavily influenced by the textures and shapes within retro interiors and metaverse imagery. I have explored the weaving technique in a more three-dimensional way and focused on designing a monochromatic line-up. Within my 3rd year of this course, I completed a year-long placement working at Portwest as a Trainee Junior Product Manager for workwear as well as completing tasks alongside the design team. This experience allowed me to develop my knowledge and understanding of how the industry runs, from design to consumer.
