As a graduate designer, I create highly crafted garments for the modern woman. Specialising in leather and knitwear, I generate interest through refined details, surface textures and considered material selection. During my degree I have been a finalist in the British Library X BFC X Phoebe English competition, and my final collection has been selected for the GFW catwalk show.

My graduate collection explores the history of where I grew up. Hackney during the 1970/80s was the centre of radical protest for social change. I have taken inspiration from The Rio Cinema archive, specifically photographs of architecture, culture, and everyday life of the time. My designs combine these nostalgic references with elements of vintage menswear to create functional womenswear that is elevated through colour, fabric, and refined hand detail. My work exhibits the quality construction that promotes traditional craftsmanship and celebrates a history that should not be forgotten.
