In my styling practice I am drawn to themes of sustainability, material culture and consumption. Maintaining a sustainable practice is integral, as I specialise styling with found/second hand objects in order to reduce consumption and waste. Furthermore, the utilisation of my knitting and sewing practice transforms these found items into garments. the ultimate aim of my practice is to subvert the opinion that sustainable fashion is 'unfashionable' - it is innovative, youthful, and exciting.
