Saskia Hutchinson BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion
Throughout my 3 years studying Ba (Hons) Fashion Promotion at Manchester Metropolitan University, I have explored a range of work, surrounding Fashion, Photography, Graphic Design, Print, Digital and more. I have investigated topics such as Sustainability, Subculture, and Identity through a mix of mediums. Basing my work off issues I strongly connect with in order to produce meaningful content and bring light to issues in the fashion industry.
I have enjoyed experimenting with creative direction, styling, photography and graphics design in order to complete exciting visual briefs which connect with relevant target audiences and consumer tribes, as well as, creating graphics for various social media channels or print media such as, posters and flyers.
I have really enjoyed my time here on the course, learning vital skills including market research, fashion cultures, concept development and I am excited to see what the future holds, hopefully securing a graduate job in the fashion industry.
